Wrong item shipped twice
I ordered a single 45lb plate, but got 4x10lb plates instead. I returned the four 10lb plates, and placed another order for the 45lb plate. I again received four 10lb plates. The four 10 lb plates are cheaper than the single 45lb plate, so I think their business model is to make money on the people who don't follow through returning them. Customer pays for an item, they ship the customer a cheaper item, and then they make money on the customers who don't return it.

don't ever buy from Walmart online I'm still waiting for my partial refund after 4 months they sent wrong item like everyone else here and Walmart never responded I call like 1 million times and still nothing, just save some money and time and go to Amazon

I ordered 5 items, 4 individual 45lb plates and 1 package of 4 10lb plates. Walmart delivered 5 packages of 10lb plates. Customer service promised to ship the 4 individual 45lb plates. I haven't received them yet.
