EDX 24"X32" Anti-fog LED Bathroom Mirror with Dual Light Source and Three Lighting Modes, White

It’s a lot larger than I thought it was going to be but I love it. I only have one problem. I can’t figure out how to make it brighter. It says that you can make it lighter and brighter. But I can’t figure it out if anyone else knows. This is the second one that I have bought. I bought one for my bathroom and one for my bedroom.

We first saw this type of lighted mirror on a vacation in our hotel room. We immediately knew we wanted to get one for our home bathroom. I searched them out online and was happy to find this 48" x 36" model available and on sale at time of purchase. This was a major improvement, adding the additional lighting and anti-fogging feature to our bathroom. We are extremely happy with this new mirror.

It was easy install. I absolutely love it. Removed my old one and put the new one up myself.

We replaced an old mirror with this one. The old mirror didn't have a crisp reflection and I'd find that I missed a hair or two shaving (not a good look 😞). Wall installation was simple using only a level, pencil, drill, and screwdriver. The new mirror is super bright, looks classy, and I haven't had a bad shave since!

Beautiful mirror, great quality, the only down side is that it is not bright on its own. You will need additional light.

The mirror looks nice and was relatively easy to install, but I did invest in stronger mounts than what was provided and there are a few design issues buyers should be aware of. The brightness is decent, but the manufacturer does not provide lumen output specifications, and the mirror is noticeably dimmer than other LED mirrors I've used. If you're looking for strong task lighting for makeup or grooming, this may not be bright enough on its own. Another drawback is that the illuminated power buttons remain extremely bright in a dark room when the mirror light is off. I ended up purchasing light-dimming stickers separately to make them tolerable at night. Also, because of the way the power cord protrudes from the back, the mirror cannot sit completely flush against the wall. This causes the mirror to wobble slightly every time one of the touch buttons is pressed, which makes it feel less secure and less premium than it should. Overall, the mirror is attractive and functional, but the lack of brightness, overly bright control buttons, and mounting design keep it from being a higher-rated product for me.

Design flaw on the plug. The plug on the cord should be a 90 degree plug. The current plug sticks out about 1.5” and the depth of the mirror is less than 1”. This prevents the mirror from sitting flat on the wall. I switch the plugs out with a 90 degree plug and this fixed the problem. This cost about $10 to do. If they designed this with a proper pug, I would give it all 5 stars.

The mirror description is misleading, “Lighted Anti-fog “ but that feature isn't included at all, it feels like a scam. Saying something is included when it's not it shouldn't be allowed

The light function does not work properly. It stays on and can only be turned off by unplugging it. The instructions say to firmly press the buttons on the front to change settings, but that does not work at all. I’m unable to use any of the lighting options, which is disappointing. The product itself looks great and matches the photos, but the functionality needs improvement.

They offer one thing and deliver another, and then claim that the product they sent is the one they sell; they deceive people with fake photos and descriptions.
