The Ab Exerciser was Simple to Assemble. The Ab Exerciser has Adjustable Levels which makes it Less Strenuous on my Lower Spine. It also is helping to achieve a Quality Ab WorkOut. Thank You

Assembly required, but no instructions included. It wasn't too hard to figure out tho.

One of the leg grips always slips off and the instructions for installation could have been clearer. No screws were labeled and some were already on the machine.
