So far so good I have had ice makers just stop working or don’t work properly. I was very frustrated and decided to just use bags of ice. Then I seen this deal on Black Friday and decided to take a chance. I’ve never used this brand and it’s only been a couple of days. I’ll update my review in a couple of months hopefully I can still give them 5 stars

When making ice it was a bit loud at first but after a few cycles it adjusted and quieted down on the noise levels. I like how it has a front and back lid so if needed you can access the metal rods easier for cleaning (trust me you want this, you have to clean the rods ever so often.) Overall I like it, I spent far less on this one than what an ice maker would cost in store while performing the same.

I bought this on sale %26 it is a good value for the money. It is easy to setup. I use Brita filtered water to cut down on scaling that builds up over time. It took me (and the dogs) a couple days to get use to the ice noise from the kitchen but now I barely notice it. It's great for 2-3 people to have ice all the time. I don't think it would make enough ice quickly enough for a crowd unless you regularly emptied the ice %26 put it in the freezer. I've also noticed that if I dont use the ice as it's being made for a couple hours then it melts and starts remaking ice after I push the reset button. It's easy to do %26 now it's a habit. It will reuse the water that melted from the ice. Pretty cool. I never remember to empty the made ice into a freezer container so sometimes I have to wait for ice. But this is a great little ice maker. Very easy to use. When it needs water added, a red light flashes which is very helpful. See the 2 pictures I posted this review. It takes about 20 mins to remake the ice if you haven't used the ice in the last hour. Good energy saver. Definitely highly recommend it as long as you know about these little quirks. I haven't use the self cleaner on it yet. Overall a great countertop icemaker.

I really like this ice maker. I bought it but wasnt sure if it would be as good as a high dollar one but to be honest it has been just as good. It makes small ice and large, but i think for somebody that wants ice to last in a cup or cooler, they might want to make large ice. I have a TAL cup and ice from ice trays last me over 24 hours and I have been making small ice with mine and in my cup it might last 8 hours. The noice level is very little and if it makes more noice than usual it might be stuck, just turn it off and back on to reset the ice scooper on the inside. All in all it is a great item and i would recommend it vs the more expensive one.

First i wanted an ice machine for sooo long and when i finally made this purchase, yes so happy. Its fast and easy to use, the ice you can pick small or large and i am enjoying the product. Instead of ice trays now i have the perfect size ice , no more dealing with ice everywhere when you are trying to remove from ice trays.....im a happy girl

Works perfectly. The ice is soft enough to crunch without hurting your teeth. My students and I love it. Talk about a low calorie treat to motivate kids! Just tell them they can have a cup of ice as a reward for hard work and good behavior! It’s the best!

Take this out of box, unwrap, add water and plug in! In 20 minutes, ICE! The ice cubes are not dense, have a hole through the center and melt quickly. I gathered one batch and put them in freezer to store. They became harder, melted less easily and are wonderful! Should have bought one much longer ago! Love this!

i received this product July 3, 2025. Today, October 8, 2025 it stopped freezing. it has worked fine until the last 24 hours. I'd think it would last longer than 3 months. i tried to contact seller to see if there was a warranty but all my attempts failed. seems like false information.

We have only had this ice maker about 6 months. We clean it regularly and have never had any issues until all the sudden it will not make ice. We can hear it trying to make ice and then it makes this very LOUD and ugly noise and does not make any ice.

This machine is compact and makes ice. Ice that you can not use because the strong plastic taste and smell. I have ran it straight for 48hrs dumping the ice, trying to get the plastic taste to go away. I even ran vinegar through it on the clean cycle….. no change. Since I can’t use it, it gets 1 star
