When I ordered this chair, I did not expect it to be of this quality, especially at the price that I was able to get it at this chair surpasses my expectations in every aspect. It looks amazing. It's comfortable. The features work well and assembly was as simple as it gets.

The assembly instructions are easy to follow and assembly itself takes less than 45min. The chair is extremely well crafted and sturdy. It is also the most comfortable office/gaming chair my family has used. we have a more expensive office/gaming chair that is extremely uncomfortable even after short sessions. Will purchase again.

The chair was easy to assemble and is cute and comfortable. My only critique is that the arms are not adjustable. They look like they should be but it is just the design, it is one solid piece so you cant lower them. They do tend to get in the way of my desk

The chair is not as fancy as described. The plastic on the arms actually goes over the cushion itself and is very uncomfortable. Assembly takes a very long time, and you have to be really patient. It comes completely unassembled and is really uncomfortable. The back of it leans too far back for the average person who is sitting at a desk to work. It seems sturdy, but again, with the whole assembly, the plastic for the arms and the back protrudes over the edges and is very uncomfortable. If you put your foot over there or sit crisscross at any point, you're going to scratch your feet. I wouldn't recommend it for sturdiness alone at all because it is not a very good item, either.

easier on hips and back than fold out chair and looks good. assembling back was questionable and concerned I'd break it. arms already look compressed and too used for very little use and i have very light petite arms , small boned. Def plain but not as pricey so that's good. its as described for most part and hopefully it'll last. Walmart isn't letting me update reviews which is unacceptable because with time we know more.

Looks good, solid construction. However the bottom cushion is very hard and too large. I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs, It hurts my rear and just about cuts the circulation in my legs. I couldn't sit on it for more then an hour. So I used the hardware, and the armrests to fix up my old chair. I don't know what I'm going to do with the 2 cushions now. Time will tell. (Great Replacment hardware tho, I really like the armrests and the spring recline)

I received the item quickly but was very disappointed to open the box and find a vital piece missing to assemble the chair. It's the piece you attach to the underside of the chair (the one that has the lever for lifting/lowering the chair) that then attaches to the leg/wheels. I tried reaching out to customer service and have yet to hear back, even though they say you will in 48hrs. Its been 5 days. I get that it was the holidays, so I didn't expect an immediate response, but something would be better than nothing. Walmart just keeps telling me to contact the manufacturer. Love the chair...would love it more if it could be used for its intended purpose.

It's everything they're saying it is HOWEVER they lied about 2 features. When you look at the photos, they're clearly claiming that the chair not only rocks but also RECLINES. I was putting this together wondering how that's possible when it's all bolted in place so I completed assembling the chair so I could inspect the features. The rocking feature they're talking about only allows an inch of movement (yes, I loosened it all the way) and clanks when it rocks. I don't care about that, but I do care that they clearly illustrated that the back reclines independently from the rest of the chair, and that's not true at all. There is no reclining feature. It's all bolted in place. I was about to give 5 stars because otherwise it's a very high quality chair but false advertisement is illegal and hopefully I can stop others from buying this chair if they're looking specifically for one that reclines. You aren't entitled to lie to sell your product.

arrived with the box open %26 the product ripped, the only option is to return to store or ship back...i just needed a replacement back rest from where it was damaged

One screw hole was faulty and the screw did not fit in properly, that makes the whole chair unstable. Although I have the protection plan, the sellet is not responding to my complain, and there is no way to contact the seller other than messaging through the walmart app.
