My sleep has improved 100%. I'm in menopause and sleep has been very all over the place. The minute I place my head on this pillow, my whole body feels calm, and I slowly start to fall asleep. No more neck and arm pain, either!

I love this pillow! I'm on night 4 with it and I don't wake up stiff and sore. I'm also sleeping much better and not waking up tired.

Really good pillow for the price. The height feels just right for me, not too high or too flat. Super comfortable to sleep on. I've been sleeping better since I got it. Definitely worth it.

pluses: thick, quality foam, good rebound, etc. Quality, quilted cover. cons: really not enough profile and relief to be effective cervically I use it not as designed...but as effective and comfort head,back support when ( writing this review ) in bed and as a side sleeping spine support.

I like the pillow to sleep on. It seems to help my neck. The only problem I have with it is the zipper on the case. To take it off and put it back on when you wash it takes major effort. I have never saw a zipper so hard to unzip and rezip before.

Not as expected it was basically flat and I bought it for arthritis in my neck and it just didn't work for me so I don't want to discourage anyone from purchasing it

Nothing like picture, Very disappointed with quality of pillow. Not worth returning. However in my opinion it's not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and purchase a real medical cervical pillow. I will not return and eat the cost .

Thought this would be great. However after almost a week out of the box it really hasn't expanded any. Does not keep my neck aligned with my spine and it's like my head is lower than my shoulders.

I never got to try it. It has a lovely squishmallow feel, I was excited to try it to see if it would help my neck pain. However after pulling it out of the box, I saw the zipper pull was broken, and it immediately fell off the zipper, which then opened (and no hope of fixing it) but worse the inside looks moldy/stained. Definitely seems like a pre-owned item was sent to me!! So disgusted and upset by this. Clearly getting a refund on this. Buyer beware!

Too soft. The head "sinks" into the pillow. The pillow does not support head/neck. Too expensive. Poor-quality pillow.
