Amazingly quick delivery. Setup was a bit difficult because you have to compress the foam a bit to get the holes lined up. However, everything worked well and went together nicely. The setup supplies (bolts, washers, even the wrench plus spare bolts in case you mess up) were nicely contained on one card. When finished, the chair looks very nice and feels absolutely rigid and strong--no wiggling or looseness. Plus, it feels good when seated in it. I am very satisfied.

I purchased this chair to do physical therapy from. It is sturdy enough and heavy enough, but it allows me to do the things that I'd like to do and it's also dirty enough that I can push up and lift myself off the chair.

Perfect chair for senior dad. Loves because sturdy, well made. But the only thing he would prefer thicker %26 better cushion his bones hurt some when sitting a while

This chair is even better than expected. I bought it for my wife for after knee surgery. It is great for easy up and down. It is also used by a 96 year old in the house. They have no problem getting up from this chair. It's also attractive. I will say it takes two people to put it together. I would recommend this chair

We got this for our son to use at his desk (online school). It's a nice chair. I only wish the plastic feet could be removed so it could slide on carpet. For a waiting room setting, you probably don't want that, though. It's comfortable, has good padding, and is sturdy. All in all, great chair for the price.

I purchased (four - 4) these chairs to put in the lobby of our mental health clinic so that people waiting for their appointments with our providers have a place to sit. There are good looking enough and sturdy enough for the job that they do. Thank you.

Comfortable and very professional looking not to mention very well made

i was using an older look -alike version of this chair . it had started to creak l little. this one is very sturdy and was easy for the handyman to assemble. the seat is also higher, so easier to get up. only slight negative is a very firm seat. overall, a great buy!

Short screws did not fit. Had to find screws to fit. I don't know why they were included.
