I tried this out and WOW, I love it! Set up was easy yes there is a 2" memory foam cool gel pad on the bottom and the topper that is pictured. The topper is fluffy and soft very cool as well, I would definitely recommend.

I needed something to making my sleeping experience better, I choose this and I'm glad I did, I had no soreness or stiffness w,just a great night sleep, I love it,thank you Rhonda Hope

Was advertised as 4 inch topper. The foam is 2 inches but the other topper was supposed to be 2 inches but is not. It isn't thick at all. Very thin.

This comes in two parts: the memory foam mattress topper/pad and the bamboo branded mattress topper. I've had one of these foam pads before and they last a couple of years before you need to replace them. It's worth the price paid for it.

I am a little disaapointed with this mattress pad and topper. The mattress pad itself is only two inches not 4 inches and not that soft and the topper isnt as fluffed up as it looks like in the picture.

Not a 4 inch as advertised, at most 2 inches, poor customer service, sent an email trying to return and no response as of 5/11/26. Bad, bad advertisement...

It's soft, but not what I ordered. I ordered a 4inch twin and I got a 2inch. They don't give you much info just a warranty paper with not much info on it or about the product. So if you do order and have issues, make sure you keep the info from Walmart. Just want what I ordered. Not an easy return once opened.

this item is advertised as 4 in. it is not. it is 2 in and it's memory foam, the bamboo top, if it's even bamboo, is very thin. it looks nothing like the picture that they advertise. so now we have false advertisement which is illegal. you cannot advertise one thing and sell something else because that is against the law in the United States. this seller either needs to be removed and not allowed to sell anything anymore or they need charges pressed against them. you are not giving customers what they ordered, what you advertise is a complete lie and misleading. once you open it and realize that the bamboo top is paper thin, the topper is actually just memory foam that is not cooling at all, and you're basically stuck with it because you can't return it once you opened it. I will be contacting Walmart and they will be returning my money. if they don't, I will be filing suit against them for false advertisement, misleading customers, and selling a different item than what's advertised

it says the bamboo keeps you cool but that is a lie it does not keep you cool I am 70 years old and I'm a very cold person but this makes it so hot when I'm sleeping I can't even sleep would not recommend it to anybody especially to those who have a heater in their body still

I ordered a 4" memory foam queen size topper. what I got was a 2" memory foam topper. maybe this company needs to hire people who can tell the difference between a 2" and a 4" item. this was a need item not a want.
