Not everybody would like what I like but it's finally here and it does do what it's supposed to. It's smaller than I thought but it's working fine it's small but it does throw heat and that's all I needed. My title would be it's a replacement for what was bigger and I'm happy it was just difficult in shipping to me. It finally came and I have it in my living room working every order. I have given you Walmart in the last half year or more. I have had a problem. Somethings Gotta be done better. You have great helpers, kind and helpful but there's a terrible mixup every time that's got a change thank you thanks.

I absolutely love this electric fireplace! Our heat went out a few weeks ago, and we had been managing just fine, but my mom was having a hard time since her room would be freezing all the time. Her room is the largest in the house, at least 144 sq. ft., so I figured she would have to place it close to her to feel any heat, but it surprisingly heated her room up very well, and quickly. Within 10 minutes of connecting it, we could feel the difference in temperature. Assembly took less than 5 minutes, and the 3D flame feature looks very nice. It's easy to use, and very sturdy. I'm not sure if it would have the same efficiency in a more open room, such as a living room, but will definitely do the job in an enclosed space.

I love that it has a thermostat many I have had in the past did not have this feature. The color , design, features are all top notch. An A product.

Easy assembly and looks as advertised. This electric fireplace has a vintage design on a small footprint Flame is so realistic. My cats sleep in their beds beside it. Makes my condo living room feel like home.

Very good heater for the price, warms an entire big room up fast, with different settings. Highly recommend an plan to get another one

I as worried it was going to be super small, it is small but it's a decent size and the heat works well!

item arrived with no screws included to attach the legs. searched the box and packing FOUR times to be sure i didn't miss them. called each of the 2 numbers included for help, no answer, recorded voice said to email, voice mailbox was full. called again the next day, no answer, recording to email and wait 1-2 business days for a reply, voice mail box was full. I had to go to the hardware store to purchase screws to complete assembly so i could turn it upright and turn it on to be sure it worked. no hardware, no help.

I received the product; and shipping was great. However, the product and customer service is another story. I could NOT reach customer service on either one of the 2 phone numbers, nor could I reach them by the e-mail that is provided. I received a text from them; have retuned the message ... waiting to hear from them. The instructions are confusing ... you have to turn on a switch on the bottom of the unit, then power button on the front. Took some figuring that one out. One of the holes was stripped for fastening a leg. The "flames" do not flicker ... only a light. I thought it would be more "realistic" than this. So, if you are wanting a more realistic flame action ... this is NOT the unit for you.
