I recently purchased this coffee table and it looks great — exactly as described. I really appreciated being able to preview the size in my living room through the app before ordering, so I knew it would fit the space perfectly. Assembly was a bit challenging; the instructions were clear enough, but the build was more complicated than expected. That said, the manufacturer included an extra set of screws and hardware, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result.
I was concerned putting something together by myself for the first time. I did not know anything about the hardware or how it was supposed to work. So I did u tube what a Derrick screw and Eccentric Wheel were. But when and where to put them was clear. I did study exactly how the boards should be laid out. And it went together. The screwdriver provided would have done the whole job. But I got brave and used a small battery one for the hinges and the leg wheels. I also used a flat head screw driver for the Eccentric Wheel. All the predrilled holes lined up perfectly. The wood is very soft and by the pre drilled holes some of the veneer chips off. But not seen in finished product. It’s really the assembly that holds it together. I think because the engineering was so precise it goes together and is sturdy. I got it on Black Friday and it was only $51. So watch the price. For that price you can’t beat it.
I wish every item that I assemble could be this easy and detailed. My grandson could have put this together ok maybe not(he’s only 7mos) but I just want you to get how easy it was. The quality was great for the price, not to mention it looks nice as well. Highly recommend
Okay so I didn’t have high expectations for this table, I won’t lie, but it’s turned out really nice. It took me about an hour to put together by myself (with ADHD mind you lol). We use it daily as our main coffee table. It came extremely in handy when it was cold and I wanted to keep my electric blanket within reach. It’s a great lil find for the price. My husband loves to pull the top up daily to eat his meals and it’s held up for a good while now. I’m personally scared that it’ll get water damage easily from the material so we use coasters, though.
Very easy to put together. We’ve been wanting a coffee table that lifts because our place is small and don’t have room for a dining table. Lots of storage space. I do wish it was taller. When lifted, there isn’t any leg room, you’d either have to have toothpick legs or a shorter couch.
I love everything about this coffee table. It's the perfect size for my small living room, it looks so nice and it was very easy to assemble. It took me just under two hours. I have limited patience and get frustrated easily; I had no issues and never got frustrated putting this together.
If you plan on purchasing this table, make sure you pay attention to the dimensions. It’s a little shorter than I thought it was going to be. Also the screwdriver that comes with the table to put it together gave me so many blisters on my hands because it’s just way too small. It nearly started to strip the screws on the table. Thank God, I had my own screwdriver I was able to switch to.
This product is cheaply made and there weee multiple issues trying to put this together. The predrilled holes were in the wrong place for multiple parts. The hydraulic lift is not functioning correctly due to this. I was able to get it on but it is uneven and barely works. The wood is also already peeling as soon as it was out of the box.
I was disappointed with this Adjustable Height Wooden Coffee Table. After assembling it, I noticed that the gap between the fixed portion and the liftable wood is uneven, which makes the table look odd and poorly finished. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that no replacement parts were available and suggested I return or request a replacement instead. Having already spent 2–3 hours assembling the table, it’s frustrating to now face the hassle of disassembling and returning it to Walmart. Overall, the product design and support experience were not up to expectations. Also I noticed some scratches on the liftable wood.
I received the table but once I started assembling it I found that it didn’t have the correct piece, both hydraulic lifters are the same piece instead of being opposite so I can’t assemble the table correctly. Was supposed to be a “D” and an “E” piece but only had two “E” pieces
