These are very thin pads, but they do seem to pick up a lot of dirt. I got them just to have extra pads for my mop to use for our up coming "mud" season. They seem to stick to the mop head well enough and work well on the "clay" mud that gets footprinted through the house every time we have a spring thaw this time of year. Since my mop only came with one pad I got these so I can clean a few days with out having to do a load of laundry every time I want a mop pad. They are about half the thickness of the pad that came with my mop, and different texture too. They still seem to pick up a lot of dirt/mud, and I am happy I bought them.

I do have a steam mop but I bought these for use with my swiffer wet jet. They fit perfectly and just toss in the washer when done. Saves a pretty penny on the refill pads!

Work great and easy to clean. Only thing I didn't care for was that they didn't cover the entire mop head. They are an inch or so too small.

They did not fit our Shark steam mop. We did not realize this until after the packaging had been thrown away.
