I accidentally ordered the extra battery instead of the main unit on a Friday night and tried to cancel Saturday, what an ordeal that was! I tried to stop it from being shipped but right away they marked it already shipped so I couldn't do anything, multiple emails and more, even calling them didn't stop it and it was on it's way WEDS... I wound up refusing delivery and it was returned by FedEx- so it never touched my porch.
They claimed they refunded me but 2-3 weeks went by and no refund;
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for letting us know. The platform has already processed your refund to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us."
It took filling out a CC dispute and a solid MONTH before I finally got my money refunded by Ecoflow and it was only after filing a dispute with my CC.
