I ordered the Wave 3 Portable Air conditioner with add on battery to use while camping off grid. I ordered on 6/20 so it had plenty of time to arrive before my trip starting 7/2. On 6/27 I was notified that my package was delivered. But what I received was only the battery. No Air Conditioner. I checked with FedEx and Wal-Mart, my shipment only contained one package. EcoFlow is only open M-F, normal buisness hours, so I have to wait until Monday 6/30 to even talk to them about this issue. I have no hope of getting the Air Conditioner I ordered and paid for in time for my trip. This is extremely upsetting. My trip will most likely need to be canceled because I can not camp with dogs in this heat without providing them cool air. Walmart customer service has been great, but they can only do so much to help me - they can issue a refund, which is great, but it doesn't get me the thing I ordered by the time I need it. I would pay extra to get what I ordered and paid for shipped to me in time.
I can say, the battery is packaged very well. Lots of padding all around it protecting it from any damage during shipping. I cannot say if it works or anything more about it, since I do not have the Wave 3 portable AC it is supposed to go with.
And 5 stars for Walmart customer service!

I will update, if I can, when I hear more from EcoFlow and Walmart on Monday.
I suppose, a warning, if you do order this product, make sure you do so about a month in advance of when you need it so you have time to deal with issues like this.
