The first pressure washer came. It would not crank. I contacted Walmart. Walmart contacted the seller. I had the unit in the shop for diagnostics. I Told the seller what the shop stated. The company sent me another unit. We assembled the new unit and it fired right up. The new unit works like a charm. Thanks yo Walmart and the company my problem was resolved in 7 days.

So happy I purchased this I just went through a devastating house fire and we have to start from the concrete up. Pressure wash everything.

It works excellent However, it spends a lot of gasoline

It is so light and easy to push! There's a primer bubble, and I did it the first time, then it cranks without it! The only negative thing is it needs a better guard, because mine broke off some! Overall, it is an awesome lawn mower!

it started right up you get 3600 psi just like it described cleaning my deck was very fast great

Had to purchase hardware for the handles. the ones that came with the PW did not work properly, small issue, the PW runs great so far, I have used it for about 8 hour run time and went through about 3 tanks for fuel. Starts first or second pull . The quick disconnect tips are great and make changing them very easy. Soap dispenser worked very good.

box had lots of crushed places. after completely assembled including fuel and oil l started to crank it and found the choke lever was broken completely off so it won't be able to start.

machine was broken inside cylinder was full of oil could not pull start rope removed spark plus it was full of oil could not start had to put vinegar and other items in fuel tank to get gas smell gone do walmart would even consider taking it back bad dedl

The directions were not clear and not easy to follow. Needed to hire someone to assemble. Very disappointed.
