Poor quality
The wheels stick and stop every 5 feet I thought it was the deep snow at first but it does it all the time regardless of the amount of snow. Upon researching, it appears that the belt for the self propeller may be loose. I haven't had the time to take it apart and investigate and for the price and being brand new, I shouldn't have to work on it, ridiculous. The wheels are also locked up when not running so the machine has to be dragged through snow, pushed and pulled just to put it away. Not an easy task with the weight of it. Not pleased at all with this purchase especially for the amount of money I spent, there shouldn't be any issues. I do not recommend.

Poor quality
It was delivered to us broken. Trying to return it through the third-party company was extremely difficult. They were not cooperative. On a called Walmart customer service. They took care of the problem and we were refunded our money.

Paid $565.00 to Walmart. Day I got it, i found the same item on Amazon for $399.00. No more walmart.
