As a substitute it's as good as it gets
There is no substitute for the real thing, but this is pretty close. Just real egg whites with some all natural color, taste, and texture added to perform like the real thing. When cooking or baking, just use it like you any whole egg.

Still tastes good BUT
Product tastes the same...Actually pretty good..BUT time and economy have caused a big downsize in product and the cost is beyond awful

not 100% egg white
i have been eating liquid egg whites for years. my normal brand was out-of-stock and this was the replacement. This is NOT egg whites. this is processed junk. I threw it away and got a refund. get the brands that say 100% egg whites on the nutrition label.

DISGUSTING EGG "SUBSTANCE"... I don't know what this crap is but it's not egg whites. I've been using egg whites for decades and this stuff looks like scrambled eggs. Its a thick gross yellow and when I mixed it with my real eggs it stays separated like oil and water. it's full of extra chemicals and I don't know what this is, but I am absolutely disgusted! this should be illegal, this is not egg whites!!!

Wouldn't buy again.
The Eggbeaters brand is tasteless, compared to the generic brand. I will never order again, even if the generic brand is out of liquid eggs.
