Wet consistency when cooked, not on shelf
Trying to eat healthy and use something better than egg whites. These need to be cooked longer than eggs unless u are ok with the moister gooier consistancy that was gross to me. Need to squish the patty and drive the moisture out vs eggs. Need to use more than eggs because of shrinkage. It aint bad, but switching to egg whites. Also sick of wasting my time stopping by because rarely on the shelf.
