We had backyrad chickens prior to covid. After having to move, we had to give them to our new. The eggs produced by our chickens had a great diet of vegetables and grains. The yolks were a beautiful dark yellow orange, just like Egglands. The flavor is rich, fresh and delicious without even salt.
IMO the best eggs out there to add high quality protein to your diet. Unless you can farm the chickens yourself, these are the most healthful and tasty. The flavor is better and the high quality is consistent. At Walmart, it is also affordable priced.
I don't know what the secret is that sets them apart, but Eggland's Best is the best store-bought eggs around. If you're not buying directly from a farm, I would absolutely recommend Eggland's Best. The yolks are brighter, the eggs( when cooked) are fluffier; the taste is more fresh than other brands--they're an excellent source of protein and perfect for breakfast, brunch ,or dinner. The dishes you can create are endless--from Omelettes, to egg bites and egg toast. I like them and I think you will too.
I don't use a lot of eggs but when I have a need to purchase eggs I always buy Egglands Best Extra Large. I've never been disappointed with the taste. They are consistently good in the size and yolk color. I've purchased some brands %26 the yolks will be yellow %26 others almost orange with a tinge of blood.
Love these eggs. Purchased on the 28th of May. I opened the carton to cook on May 31, only to notice they expired on the 27th of May. Also two of the eggs were broken. Very disappointed.
Consistent, top quality. From a brown egg lover, these surprised me with how good they are. If I'm getting additional good vitamin help along with the grand protein, all the better. A real treat. I see why so many compliment them now.
Didn't think I would ever say one brand of eggs was better that another but, here it is. These Eggland's are better that the Value ones I usually get. And, admitting "I" can actually taste and notice texture and cooking difference is really somtin !
The eggs are my favorite brand, and I often have one or two cracked/leaking in a carton when my groceries are delivered. However. when I wanted to use the eggs delivered on 3/24, all of them were cracked %26/or leaking. I threw them away and went without eggs until the 3/31 delivery. I really can't afford that nor go to the store to return them. Next time, I'll take photos Maybe the best option would be to sign for my groceries.
I am so disappointed in these eggs as they have absolutely no flavor. I blame that on the factory where these eggs come from that they are not feeding the chickens properly anymore. shame on you. it was a waste of money and time and cooking with your eggs I will never buy them again
I ordered Jumbo eggs and half of the eggs were Large or medium sized! This was about 2 months ago. They should be sealed by egg company. Do something to make the container broken egg proof, maybe. That way whatever size you get is the size that's in that container because it is sealed.
