Airflow on the POWER+ 670 CFM BLOWER with battery and charger is excellent. The battery charges well and requires less than an hour. The blower noise is not bothersome and compared to the prior ECHO blower is not as loud or bothersome. The blower has wonderful durability and compared to the prior blower is ergonomical and easy to carry.
I just used the 670 blower for the first time and it performed well. The time to recharge the battery was very short compared to other electric equipment I have. I would like to have had a shoulder strap to support the weight. This did not come with the unit which would hve made things easier.
It's powerful enough to handle anything I need around my house. It charges fast and works well. I love the convenience of having a battery powered blower that I can pick up and use whenever and where ever I need to. No cords, no gas, no oil...easy!
Power very much rivals, if not exceeds, gas power options. Charge also seems to last significantly longer than my previous 40v setup with Black and Decker. The only negative I can think of would be the weight while operating, primarily driven by the battery so I would definitely encourage adding the shoulder strap. I'm definitely stronger than most people but find the strap a welcomed relief when operating more than 5-10 minutes at a time.
This blower will knock your socks off... of the clothesline from 30 yards. I was impressed with the power, it really is mind-blowing. The bigger battery does make the blower a little on the heavy side, but that is a fair trade for not having to recharge after every use. It even has a turbo feature that will take care of that semi-wet leaf that has glued itself to your patio. Fully recommend this unit. I have a gas powered blower as well, and I mostly bought this one so I could hit the patio real quick without smelling like exhaust fumes.
After using gas-powered trimmers and blowers my entire life, I have to admit that at first I was skeptical of using a battery-powered one. I first noticed how much quality was in both the trimmer and the blower between the materials used, the way they are constructed, and the ease of use. I first used the blower and WOW, the strength and force are amazing. When I used the string trimmer, the balance and lack of vibration and heat was very noticeable. For the first time ever, I didn't feel beat up performing trim work and cleanup after mowing my property. I'm sold, thanks for doing your homework, EGO!
I have used EGO blowers for three years. I help keep our streets and sidewalks in my neighborhood clean on most every day. I also volunteer at the local hospital, cleaning parking lot and entranceways and sidewalks and everybody sees me using my EGO blower AND ARE PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB IT DOES. That is advertisement you cannot get by paying for it. Everybody tells me that I should be in one of your commercials.
I was debating over buying a replacement gas blower for one that was stolen or a battery operated one. After reading the review in Consumer Reports and user reviews on line, I went with this one. What a great decision - power, convenience and quiet all in one tool. Highly recommend!
It stopped working soon after I bought it and now I have to drive an hour to a repair shop for drop off and then back again once it's fixed. I bought mower, weed eater and blower and planned to add new ego equipment regularly , but now I am rethinking that .
Hello, I am writing regarding a brand-new EGO blower battery that has suddenly stopped working. I also own an EGO lawn mower, and its battery is operating perfectly, which rules out a charger issue. Because this blower battery is brand new, I am very surprised by the failure and would appreciate your assistance. Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue or initiate a warranty replacement? I have included my product details below for your reference.
