EGO POWER+ 16” 40cc Battery Powered Chainsaw 220 Cuts 4x4, 56V 4 Ah Battery

I attempted to submit a very positive review, but kept getting a "profanity" warning, which stopped me dead. OK. Nice product. No profanity. By the way, I don't use profanity. So while I'm impressed with your product, I'm dissatisfied with your auto screening system, which is obviously broken.

This chainsaw is by far the best one i've ever owned. It's simplistic, with push button start, and safety lock. Add some oil and away you go. Changing the chain takes some time to figure out if your a beginner with doing that stuff, but once you get it down it's pretty simple task.

I recently purchased an EGO chainsaw for basic property maintenance. This is the 6th EGO product I have purchased in the last 2+ years. I only used it one so far, but it more than met my expectations. I recently cut down a large butterfly bush with the chainsaw and it handled the job flawlessly. Tremendous line of products!

My old ICE chainsaw finally died - well, I got tired of the constant repairs, tweaks that were required on a monthly basis - and I replaced it with this EGO. The EGO just runs - no cold start sequence I have to go through - even when it's been sitting for several weeks. It weighs pretty much the same and does the job just as well without the hassle.

This saw is really a dream! very easy to adjust and clean compared to the gas saw, has lots of power, and of course starts up instantly. It runs on my lawnmower battery, and by the time I use one battery worth, it is time to stop and take a break for a while. I am sorry I didn't trade for an electric one sooner,

Nice and light saw for cleaning up after the storms. Very easy to use and holds a charge for long enough to get most jobs done. If not sit down for a bit and it charges right back up. Plus no gas to mix and no fight to get the gas one started. Quick and easy

The saw is everything I wanted and needed. For my first outing, I used it to cut through BIG logs. it did a great job. Cut smoothly, didn't vibrate. And best of all - I wore out before the saw did - the battery still had 40% left! So glad I made the switch from gasoline - much less noise, no smell, easy to start. Better for the environment. A great purchase!!

Bought this instead of gas to be able to use the battery for my ego sno blower. So far it has not dissapoint being able to have longer run time. The only thing is the blade got dull quite often because of the type of wood being cut, other than that, its a strong electric chainsaw. I got the 16".

Have used maybe 6-8 times so far and seems to work pretty well. Not sure it could tackle a tree but handy for smaller branches and brush. Slightly heavier than I expected (I also have a gas one) but appreciate the battery. This is my 4th EGO tool and I'm a fan.

Overall, the Ego Power+ 16" chain saw is a good product. It was easy to use and cut very well. The removeable side cover made clean out a breeze. One negative aspect of the product is the difficulty seeing the chain oil level without removing the cap since the reservoir and Ego oil are both light colors. However, that is a minor issue. I'm pleased with the product and would purchase again.
