Ego Power+ Carbon Fiber String Trimmer Attachment With Powerload

I bought this two weeks ago had a standalone trimmer to be used with my existing Paul saw. It connected seamlessly and was easy to use with my existing 2.5 batteries. I was able to easily complete the 1/2 acre. We have my cabin averaging four hours a day over two days and sixth charge's.

I bought the Ego string trimmer for my wife, although it is a little heavy for her she learned quickly how to handle it. The battery life is good although this trimmer draws alot of power. It was a good purchase. I recommend it for all!

A big improvement from my old string trimmer attachment that lasted for 10 years in southern california where it is needed year round. Thank you EGO for this and all my other EGO equipment.

Excellent cutting. Well balanced when using the shoulder strap and 2.5 Ah battery. I can't wait to try the automatic string loader.

Works great, lots of power. Only drawback is that it rotates opposite of other weed trimmers. Takes some getting used to.

It is a huge improvement, but the string must be continually tapped or one side is the string will rub or it'll run out if string. Battery life is unbelievable; never runs out even with a 5 mh battery.

Very strong string. Somewhat complex to restring or extend string. The trouble with this is the weight distribution with heavy battery at the end of the power wand. The length of the string trimmer is much too long. Its hard to fit into certain spaces with the length and awkward weight distribution.

Trimmer Power Load does not work; bought brand new and first time I tried to get new string loaded pushed the button and nothing happened. I took battery off trimmer and loaded it again to see if that fixed it and that did not help either. I had to hand crank the line into the head. No good for my first attachment add to my multi-head tool.
