Blows just like my famous-brand 51cc gas backpack blower, but much lighter, and no need for hearing protection. At continuous full turbo power, the two included batteries do last 30 minutes. A huge not-advertised feature is that when folded vertically, this thing can be stowed in the back of a small coat closet. NO DANGER OF CO POISONING!! A buddy died blowing leaves in calm wind.
This really blows but in a good way. This is quality unit that works very well. I don't really have any complaints.
Very impressed with the backpack blower. I've always been a gas powered user until now! I've purchased the mower, blower and weed wacker and love them all! No more gas for me!
Very satisfied. Used primarily for walkway snow removal. It has some weight to it; as most quality tools do. Run times a little lower than advertised, but not by much. Charge time is as advertised, very impressive. Hopefully batteries last longer than the 35 months of light duty use with my Greenworks, as replacements are quite expensive.
This thing has real power! I have been waiting for a good electric backpack for a long time. Those handheld ones will wear you out. This one is VERY heavy but once it's on your back you don't even notice it. Although I have to use turbo mode the whole time, I am removing small leaves from beneath the grass to let it breathe at the roots. The pair of batteries last about 40 min. I got a mower with the same 6AH batteries so I can share them and have plenty of power for cleanup. The included charger takes about an hour or more to charge full. I got this on sale before spring and it was a huge discount. Well worth it!
The product has met our expectations in every way, providing sufficient power to clear our yard on a single charge. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to maneuver, even for my wife, without causing strain. Based on our experience, I highly recommend the 800 CFM backpack blower.
This thing rocks. I live in the woods and have a top of the line gas powered leaf blower. This blower works the same as the step down from the gas powered one. Only down side is run time. But I was still impressed with how much of an area and leaves I could move with in that time frame. I love it and use it in between the gas unit during the week. Really long drive way, front and back porch, back yard and front lawn. If you're in the EGO System you won't regret the purchase. If you're not and you have a quarter to an acre of land it's worth looking into.
The blower appears to be plenty powerful for my initial use of clearing my gutters, sidewalk, and street. I anticipate it will work fine for clearing the leaves from three oak trees come this spring. The blower was on clearance and I couldn't pass up the deal. The deal was so good, I bought one for my son.
The overall quality of this tool is good. My only complaint is that the backpack with two 10ah batteries is extremely uncomfortable after 10-15 minutes. Other than that it's a great product. Might want to look to ad air bubbles or gel cushions on the backpack.
I have 5 acres, some wooded but mostly clear. This does a great job and has good power, but I can only do about an acre or less at a time, until I have to recharge. Not getting the battery life as advertised or expected, and the unit I bought came with a bad battery. They were quick to ship out a new one, but wondering if I bought a dud given the shortened time I get per charge, overall. I could always buy more batteries, but we all know they're just as expensive as the equipment.
