Does the job and then some…

Michael D from the Park December 25, 2025

I really wasn't sure how this blower would work for me… but after two heavy storms each with more than 12” of snow. I can safely say this blower is fantastic. Consider me impressed! Our driveway can hold two full sized vehicles, plus the sidewalks in either direction. This blower not only did that but I continued and did two more neighbours driveways and their sidewalks. After all of that the batteries still showed 2/5 lights. Pretty slick. If you're concerned about power, don't be - we pushed through some thick snow and it handled it like a champ. Throws it pretty far too! I will consider more EGO products now for sure.

Works great just a bit of a learning curve

MiloV February 15, 2026

We purchased this because we do not have a shed so we are able to fold it up and bring into our bulk head without pulling out our backs because it is so light. There is a bit of a learning curve with the machine - i.e. the batteries will run out quickly if you are using a lot of power for heavy deep snow so order a second pair, bringing the batteries inside to charge them, etc. but because it gets so close to the ground and does such a great job we will never go back to gas. We live in New Hampshire with harsh winter weather and are big fans.

So far worked great to clean my driveway

Claus15 February 8, 2026

Great machine, easy to set up. Broke my wrist this winter and decided to get a snow blower. It helped me thru a couple of heavy snow events. I cleaned my driveway even with a broken wrist. It also got thru the snow banks piled from the street snow plows and walkway plows. I am very happy with it.

This EGO Snowblower Does the Job

kevinb83 November 28, 2024

I'm really happy with the performance of this snow blower. It did extremely well in about 8" of wet heavy snow. It lasted a good 1/2 hour and I was able to clear my walkway, driveway, and sidewalk on a single charge. It also only took about 2 hours to charge both batteries. Highly recommend.

Makes snow blowing fun!

DougieD February 2, 2026

Only used twice in 3-5 inch snows. Impressed with speed and power. Fun to use and easy to handle. You do have to get used to, that when you bump a crack on the surface, it jars your hands and the machine a bit. You watch for them. Much better experience than my previous gas snow blower.

EGO POWER SNT2125

Kitpuman November 22, 2024

I am 77 years old and I bought this EGO SNT2125 snow blower to help out with snow falls greater than 100cm. I have just used this unit for the first time and enjoyed using it. It is light weight wise and cleans all the snow to the concrete. The rubber paddles on the auger is great.

I bought this auger propelled snow blower and when I used it, I was surprised that it didn't propel like my old Toro model did. I still had to push it through the snow just like my EGO paddle snow blower, it was not what I expected or saw advertised.

Assembly issue

Jonnyflash December 7, 2024

I only used it once, but my critiques would be more with the assembly. I am a pretty handy person and have a lot of handy friends, but do you think any of us could get the auger shoot on top to lineup the bolt holes. It was a very long struggle as the bolt holes were at least half a bolt or more off and we could not shove the shoot back any further. Eventually, with slight modifications, we managed to fenagle it in one bolt at a time. The other critique was the dual battery charger, showing an overtemp when it was cold outside . If it wasn't for a video online saying if the temp was too low that the charger would not work. A light indicating over temp when it was actually an under temp situation was confusing and since it's a snowblower, I don't know if all people would have their battery chargers in a heated location and most likely in the garage as I did . Issue was resolved by bringing the battery charger inside. I will update you once I get some time on the machine in different weather conditions.

Freezing auger

Anonymous December 18, 2025

I suppose the unit works as billed but it continuously freezes up. After reading all owners manuals throughly there is no mention of this problem. The auger itself Freezes. The phone agent had no recommendation to the flashing code lights on handle bar. They only sent another survey ! It was just a last minute ditch effort that led us to the problem. Thawing out a snowblower in living room of our small house was not a pleasant experience. And now we have to bring unit into warm house after every use. Seems strange that a snowblower needs to be kept indoors - next to our living furniture.

Disappointed

FredR January 8, 2026

I had two occasions to try out the Auger propelled snow blower. The first time 2 to 3 inches of wet snow, plus plowed in driveway apron. Did not throw snow well, and I experienced zero Auger assistance in propelling the blower. The second time a lighter powdery snow, 1 to 2 inches. Still poor snow throwing ability, and again zero auger assistance in moving the blower forward. All in all, a disappointing experience.
