EGOHOME 2 inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper, Twin Mattress Topper, Cooling

Comes in a box, vacuumed sealed. When I first took it out it looked like some of the other pictures posted of really flat pad. It doesn't come with instructions but I looked back at the details on here and it said how it needs time to get bigger. It wasn't even 24 hours later (I think it says can keep expanding up to 72 hours but not positive) and it was huge! We got the 4” one and it is all 4”. I love it on our bed! It's just like memory foam and contours to your body. I'm really surprised from how it started that it got so big but it did and has been great! Very happy with the purchase. Just make sure you give it time to “fluff” up before you put on your bed. Attaching 2 pictures, how it looked right out of the box and then about 12 hours later.

Works great cooling fits a twin perfect. Only suggestion would be to buy a deep fitting sheet which I did not have . It fits without but is close to slipping off.

Had note inside box saying to open box and remove topper upon receiving. “Inside” the box. So you did not see it until you opened the box . Next the topper has a huge crease. I got it because I am recovering from another spine surgery. My last one from another company was a lot better. This one is so bad, I may have to throw away and buy another one

Product states on Walmart site it is "Made in the USA." I specifically purchased this over another product on Amazon because it claimed to be made in America. It is clearly not made in America and says so right on the box. I do not recommend this product for that reason alone. This is an incredibly deceptive and misleading. Walmart should intervene since this is a third party product.

The foam was wrapped up so tight I had to let it lay out for 48 hours and it never laid flat it has like ripples in it or bubbles I'm sending pictures so you will now because I don't know how to explain and describe it for the money I guess I can't complain but I am very disappointed because it made it sound like it was much better than what it is and there's no way you can return it because how are you gonna get it sucked up in a vacuum like it was sent. I wanted a firmer mattress topper. There is no firmness to this thing at all. You just sink into it. I tried to return it, Walmart will not accept returns for this item. They direct you to the company, who also won't accept returns. I purchased this item from Walmart, not the other company. The company requires pictures of your mattress, so they can blame your unsatisfaction on your mattress, not the topper. In the end, they refuse to accept returns or send you a refund. I added the email from the company.

i don't know how some people buy this horrible material i will return it

lazily cut. they didn't even try . zero effort put in by this company. garbage. its a whole 11 inches short .

After opening the box and unwrapping the shrink wrap, this never fluffed out. It wasn't even the size of a standard queen. After leaving it on the bed and trying to help it fluff out, I ended up rolling it back up and putting it back in the box and returning it. The cashier was shocked that i was able to just roll it back up and fit it back in the box. I believe I had this same one previously, and it was great, so maybe this was a bad batch.

I was charged for a queen and got sent a twin! I want a price adjustment I'm not running around with this trying to take it back it doesn't cover my bed
