It is very firm which I like since I have back pain and it is perfect for that, but anyone wanting something plusher might not appreciate it. My boyfriend and I love it, and I'm even buying another but bigger since I'm upgrading my bed. Came right in the box and unfurled easy. Puffed up right away. Didn't catch any weird smell or anything that might come from boxed mattresses.

This was a good buy. No smell, packaged very well in air-free packaging. Didn't take days to reach its full puff out like some brands. Medium firmness, Foam feels great, perfect or not spending hundreds on a traditional mattress. True to size! I would recommend!

This is a fantastic mattered. I replaced a traditional mattress with this in a guest bedroom and then slept on it for a week. Very comfortable and supportive. I was worried that it would be too soft for my delicate aging joints but it was some of the best sleep I've had. Very happy with my new bed. Would definitely purchase another if the need arises. No smell and comfortable a couple hours after set up.

its a good bed for the price i paid, i got it on sale. not as firm as i expected from the description and past beds. "got soft" where i lay rather quickly.. only had a couple months and you can already tell where i lay when you feel the bed. but still comfortable. well see how long that last

Great price and quality but I'd say it's extremely firm. If you've experienced several back surgeries you definitely want something softer. There is absolutely no contour to the body.

Bought this as a replacement for my mattress that I've had for a couple years that had started sinking in middle. After 3 months, this mattress has the same issue. Also mine was not the full 10 inches. I would avoid buying this unless very temporary.

I bought the mattresses in August. Mattresses had a chemical odor to them. I thought it would go away but it didn't. Now I developed an allergy and a cough that doesn't go away. When I tried to return, they told me I'm ineligible. Although they have a warranty

I don't know if it was a good product or not because I was sent a twin mattress instead of the full size I ordered. I returned the mattress along with the box spring that was in the same order. Walmart refuses to refund the box spring even though I attached the only return label I was sent by them via email. They claim it was the wrong label. How could it be wrong when I was sent one label? FedEx picked up both of the items and WalMart is refusing the refund so now I'm out $106 and don't even have the box spring anymore.

So many customers said they recieved the wrong size mattress and warned to MEASURE BEFORE OPENING! I thought it was unlikely to happen but sure enough! Now I have to return a 68lb mattress. At least I didn't open it because then they won't accept the return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! And if you do order one, MEASURE IT! BUT SERIOUSLY, READ HOW MANY PEOPLE GOT THE WRONG SIZE AND DO NOT BOTHER. IT IS NOT A DEAL IT IS A SCAM!!

Dont trust the cheap prices, will not send you the right size, it is cheap but you will waste your time wauting a week and getting a mattress that doesnt fit your bed frame
