The mattress came fast! 3 days. Packaging a little beat up but that was expected. I'm 6 months pregnant so it's really good for my back so far. Did have a smell, like fresh paint, but that could be a pregnancy thing I'm not sure. Didn't take long for the mattress to plump up either. I'd say about an hour so by the time I got the mess up and out to the trash, it was fine. Overall 9/10 because of the paint smell.

I have to be honest with this mattress My wife bought one mattress from Amazon It's was hybrid with hidden springs inside Not good at all , not comfortable That was the biggest mistake Than I decided to return it to Amazon when they come to pick it up they want the original package to do so ( just ridiculous) to refuse the return Than I decide to try Walmart It's way deference and comfortable Not too soft and not firm Whoever sells the mattress outside for above $1000 they stolen your money. They just get it from the same manufacturer and request add there name and sell them for above $1000 and you can get same mattress from Walmart for $258 tax and Walmart has pickup old mattress program in California for free . This mattress is just what I needed for a restful nights sleep. It's so comfortable and feels as if you're sleeping on a cloud yet very supportive. Plus you won't disturb anyone or anything when you get on or off the mattress. It's definitely a 10 on my scale. Only downside is the shipping timeframe and waited 4 extra days to receive it. This wasn't Walmart's fault.

My favorite thing about this mattress is that the slip cover is removable and machine washable!!! Also very comfortable!!! My children have slats on the bed frame and you can't feel the slats at all underneath the mattress… Love that so much!!! I will be upgrading all the mattresses in my home with particular mattress!!! Oh and I forgot to mention that I purchased the 6 inch mattress and the sheets fit perfectly with the added mattress protector!!!

If you catch this when it goes on sale in the $100s, its tough to really complain. Free shipping, shipped from a major retailer, etc. Its packaged and boxed up like all other mattress in a box sold elsewhere. It had no issues from shipping. Packaging was fine and vacuum sealed really well in a thick plastic so even if the box ripped it wouldn't have gotten easily dirty or ripped. It expanded fine and reached the thickness it was advertised as. So the important part, how does it feel? Personally i don't like all foam mattresses. I still prefer hybrid that has coils of some kind. But like I said, for the price, it couldn't be beat. They advertise this as MEDIUM firmness. Ehhhh, it felt more squishy than I like. I feel I sink in too much at times and if there are 2 people of varying weights, you may even feel a shift if too close together. It feels better when just 1 person. I wish it was more firm. But hey this is advertised as MEDIUM firmness. Honestly, it is DIFFICULT to judge one person's description of firmness and support in words and you take a gamble to trust what someone says on the internet when it comes to mattresses. The only real way to see if you like it--because everybody is different--is to really feel it in person. You can't do that online shopping mattresses, so if you are picky, go to a store. If you aren't as picky, take the gamble on the cheap mattress if you are on a budget. Again if you are really a person who prefers FIRM, this wont cut it for you in any scenario. But its still a good mattress for the price as again it is advertised as medium firmness.

It was too soft for my daughter and it started holding its compression after a week. Supposedly a return would be easy according to one chat agent, but after 3 attempts at having this picked up and refunded, I am now wasting time on the PHONE for them to reschedule yet again with no refund. And I'm sure the freight company will not come next Thursday either, and they'll keep holding my refund hostage. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Buyer beware of ordering a mattress online from Walmart. Maybe the big name brands actually pick up returns, but Walmart DOESN'T.
