I like to take minerals in liquid chloride form. I have trouble absorbing supplements in general due to gut dysbiosis and chronic low stomach acid. Chloride increases my stomach acid in a very natural way. I wish the bottle was bigger and that it lasted longer.

I take this concentrate almost every day because it has essential electrolytes. I put a dropperful in glass of water, taste is ok. It helped me this summer when I was feeling weak because of too much heat (summer heat, dry weather). It's convenient to take with you, doesn't leak. Now I drink it when I don't feel 100%, it helps me almost instantly. I bet it would be also good after workout or training.

A great alternative for those of us who can't stomach powdered electrolyte mixes that are full of sweeteners and flavors. Very mild taste, great benefits, and the bottle (package) is a decent size for the price. Highly recommend! A great way to give an extra boost to hydration and fluid intake.
