I love that this has a UHF SO-239 connector in stead of the other styles that most have. It allows me to use my dual band 144/430MHz or my 900MHz mobile antennas. It doesn't work with large antennas but it's great for my smaller ones.

This will go with my Cobra CB.
Purchased this antenna for a Uniden 505, then upgraded to a Uniden 520. SWR is around 1.2, and I'm very satisfied.
Unlike metal 11-meter antennas, this one has fewer metal parts, so I hope it won't rust on top of my vehicle.
Installation and functionality are great, but a longer cord (15ft instead of 10ft) would have been even better.
It's perfect for my needs.

I'm unsure if this antenna is actually for 27MHz, as I couldn't lower the SWR below 2.5 when mounted on my truck.
