Ekena Millwork 8"W x 8'H Craftsman Classic Square Non-Tapered Smooth Column w/ Standard Capital & Standard Base

We had two pre-fabricated wood hollow-core columns on the front doorsteps that had rotted at the bottom from 30 years of rain and moisture. We (two old guys) decided to replace them with vinyl columns wrapped around 6 by 6 treated posts. We set the treated posts first and then installed the vinyl wrap-around as directed. It worked out well. After using toe molding (purchased separately) at the top and bottom, we caulked the cracks and painted. It all turned out quite well and made the front porch look better than before. We felt good knowing that it will probably not need replacing during the rest of out lifetime. Thanks.

This is an excellent product. Easy to install. Comes with everything you need. I am fairly handy, but a horrible carpenter. This made my column look great. Very happy with this purchase

I changed my flat roof & added an extended archway & these columns were just what I needed to finish the job.

We are happy with our columns, they were easy to install and gave the house the look we wanted. Be careful not to install in cold weather like we did. We did get a small crack but nothing major and you cant tell its there.

These wraps were pretty easy to put together. There is a bit of a learning curve of knowing exactly how to do it. Since I had 5 of them, it was really easy by the 5th. They look great and we are really happy with how they turned out.

No instructions were included with the wrap kit. Had to rely on youtube for installation and recommendations.

Quality material. Seems easy to install.

Had several posts to wrap. Wanted something that didnt have to be painted

the product was great however there were no intructions on how to put the items together permanently
