The box is a total mess and I checked it all over and it seems to be working bug not happy at all with the box all damagedif it wasn't Christmas Eve tomorrow I would send this right back..very upset cuz I'll have to take it out cuz if my Granddaughter sees this box I wouldn't think Santa would bring this gift looking like this..not happy..

My 2 year old loves this toy she knows every song! Wish it was a backpack sometimes because She carries it around all day long around the house, at her sisters softball and cheer practice. Love that you can put the volume down so it's not always loud. Her older sister use it also just as a speaker and sing the song they like.

My daughter got this for her second birthday and all we had to do was take it out of the box and turn it on! The one year warranty was so easy to sign up for too. I love that the batteries came with the toy and a huge bonus that they're already installed too. Okay, gotta go take adorable videos of my kid using this toy! She loves it

I'm a senior and I got this for my 45 years old mentally challenged daughter that loves music, she grew up using the fisher price recorder. This does not record but us easy enough for her to use, she likes singing using the mic and it has a very clear soung.

My toddler is obsessed with Ms. Rachel, particularly her songs. This toy is simple and engaging, and I love that it plays full songs, not just snippets. Size is compact and I love the handle for portability. One star off because the microphone doesn't really work, but it's a fun concept.

Love all the songs this comes with. My only concern is the wire the mic is attached with. I wish it could disconnect so that my son could play the music without me being concerned that wire is around his neck. He loves it though so it will just be a toy I have to keep an extra watch when he plays with it.

The first week my daughter has been using it the purple paint off the music notes is already coming off but I do love that the toy came with batteries already.

Kids mouth need to be on the mic to capture the sound, not a great design though that's most possible action by a kid when the kid is under 2. Mic gets dirty and hard to clean. I also found that pre-recorded audio has good quality sound by vocal recording doesn't sound good and it points to the part that mic needs to be better.

Left the toy with my 12 month old and returned to find her upset because the microphone cord was wrapped around her neck. We like the toy and have had fun with it but I will store the toy out of reach and only use under my supervision

My toddler LOVES her Ms. Rachel boom box, but it doesn't take much to break it. This is the 2nd one I've bought for her, because the first was dropped from not very high, and the 2nd time it was dropped from my kids hands to the floor it was already malfunctioning.
