I've got about 50 miles on this bike now. This bike is very fast, I have confirmed on GPS over 50mph on flat road, it also gets there pretty quickly, it's got more power than I expected. The range is also great on this bike, I fully charged it and rode it aggressively for 17-miles on GPS and I still had 70% battery remaining. The suspension is very good on this bike, it's very smooth over bumps and it's fully adjustable front and rear. The rear shock is very impressive and has many adjustment options. From what I've read online this bike is not only faster than the Freego X2 Pro, it's also cheaper than the Freego X2 Pro. This bike has a lot of power! I weigh about 140 pounds and this bike gets me to 50mph on GPS in about 8 seconds. When the bike arrived the front tire was flat and would not hold air for more than 30 seconds, so it had a big leak. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and sent me a new tube. I myself don't know how to install a tube so I took it to a shop and had the shop install it, I let the seller know what happened and they reimbursed me the cost the shop charged me for the install. This seems to be a great company to work with and I'm very happy with my purchase!
Good quality at reasonable price, runs very good. We had to contact the seller because a part from one of the wheels came defective and they responded quickly and sent the part immediately. Excellent service.
So far so good. I've had zero issues . I love that I purchased Walmart 4 year warranty . That was a huge reason I ordered the x21max from Walmart . Their warranty plan is a great peace of mind.
We received the bike quickly, but once the battery was fully charged, it still would not start. No power to the display or the bike. There is nobody to call to get help. The website says they have a "chat" but nothing responds.
