Very Fitting Book for the Hard of Hearing
It is a great book for a child with hearing loss or feeling social awkward with their peers. The book brings out the positive aspect of being deaf and one's experience in navigating the world. My 2 dead children (both wear hearing aides) can totally relate to the book and can have a good laugh about it. We saw a trailer of El Deafo on AppleTV, and can't wait to see it!
