El Guapo Whole Pasilla Ancho Chile, 7.5 oz Bag

These dried Pasilla Chiles are just wonderful. They make beautiful pairings for sauteed veggies, with spices, and my favorite broths. These chiles make my food absolutely decadent. The taste, and aroma is vibrant, sweet, and delicate altogether. Pasilla Chiles have many great uses, like for broths, and stews, or for sauteing. The possibilities are numerous. My food always comes out delicious, and amazing with these chiles as an importar part of the ingredients in my dishes. Highly recommend.

Perfect to make your favorite Mexican meal. Every time I've bought them they've been fresh. Just like if I would've bought it at the local Mexican market.

I used these a along with some dried guajillo (spelling?) for the first time ever in my chili. It made it taste soo much better

These chili pods were dried but fresh. They were easy to de-seed (clean) and had a lot of flavor once they were hydrated.

These dried chiles work really well in sauces giving it that 'restaurant quality flavor'. Kinda spendy tho, I can usually find it for less money than this brand, or grow and dry your own.
