Deal Spotter: Three dollar holler!
These chips are Xtra thick and crunchy! Use these to make a loaded taco/nacho dish that won't make your chips soggy!!!

El Rancher tortilla chips have a chemical smell
I've bought these in the past and had no problems but the last couple of bags I bought had a strong chemical smell as soon as you opened the bag. Thought it was a one time thing so bought another. Nope, same smell that affects the taste. The bags I buy from grocery stores don't have that smell. It's very strange.

Spiced Tortilla Chips? More like Flavorless Bricks
The chips are very thick, too thick in what you would typically consider a "Chip". The stone blocks arrived stale, poorly seasoned and little flavor. I would not recommend these "stone blocks" for chips to anyone looking for a seasoned/spicy chip. I'll continue to wait for Tostitos to re-release production on the Habanero Tostitos.
