Two time they send me wrong item.
I ordered dinner plates listed as 10.75 x 10.75 inches, but they sent me the wrong size TWICE. The first time, I returned the small plates, hoping they would send the correct ones. Unfortunately, they sent the small size again. Very disappointing experience. They need to improve their product descriptions and shipping accuracy. Wasted my time and effort. Will not order again. I hope there will be less than one star
