I would recommend this to others
Purchased this item for my client. A C-8 paraplegic. Although difficult for him to independently utilize it brings him great relief and comfort. Has great coverage of entire shoulder region and upper arm. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

No mess, good coverage after surgery
Perfect after shoulder surgery. I can't imagine trying to adjust several ice packs to adequately ice shoulder. does not make a wet mess.
