I like keeping the Elderberry force on hand whenever I might be around a group of people, traveling or anywhere I might need a little immunity boost. It's nice because it's all-natural and I'm not taking anything that might have some negative side effects.

I have been using this for about 9 years. It is excellent! For my personal use, I will let a capsule dissolve next to a tooth that's hurting, and it helps by the next day. Or if I'm feeling sick, I'll take one in the morning and one at night. This is what works only for me. I'm not a doctor. My hope is that this excellent product can help someone else.
