I liked the taste . But I didn't care for the smell while it simmered. No one did. But it it does what it says it can boost your Immune then its worth it.

I would buy again.
I made the Elderberry Syrup. It is easy and tastes great. Also smells nice while boiling and simmering. Elderberry syrup is very healthy and helps your immune system. I think it's GREAT.
