This ice machine makes wonderful pellets of ice. when using, and it comes with a bag so that you can put it in the freezer for long lasting storage. its kind of noisy but most counter top ice machines are. i would suggest emptying it in a bag and storing in the freezer after each cycle as pellet ice typically melts quickly due to the flakey quality.

Love this machine!! Always have easily chewable ice ready. Makes it supper fast too! They even give you an ice bag to keep extra ice available for parties or picnics! Totally worth the money!

My mom had been talking about wanting a countertop ice maker for quite a while and I got a good deal on this one and she loves it!

I have had this item for only 1 1/2 months. Now it makes a trouble noise. i have to unplug it for hour to reset it. It makes ice for a minute and just starts all over.

Everything was great until a week later it stopped making ice and it was stuck on the same setting to add ice. I messaged the seller, they said to send them a video to an email, almost a month later no response. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR FROM THIS SELLER. THEY DONT CARE TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM EVEN WOTHIN TOUR RETURN WINDOW

I hooked it up and it didn't work. I reported it %26 was told the seller would contact me. Never heard back from them. Very disappointing!
