It's all metal! Cheap metal, but nice looking filigree. I wish there was a light to show when it's on. The magnetic-fastening top snaps securely in place. I suppose this is a fire safety measure. The melting cup is a bear to clean out... black, used-up resin melted into a solid chunk that sticks perniciously to the cup. But, this isn't the fault of the unit. Smells nice! Decent price.

The finish is uneven and some parts discolored after the first use. Burns well though. Wish it had an on/off power switch.

Burner does not adjust. It overheats incense to the point it burns, releasing an acrid smoke instead of a pleasant aroma. Heats to the point that touching any part of the burner, including the handle, burns to the point of blistering the skin.

the burner is not well built the oil get out thru the screw and it all under the burner but it did heated up fast . One of the burner the oil must have gotten where the wires are and then it was making a popping sound I threw both burners away

missing screw for the top cover so can't open and close the burner top. want a replacement for it
