Frustrating
I was very disappointed when receiving this product. In the description at least a 24 V battery, but it does not say that you will need to purchase it separately. Also trying to find batteries that would work best with this product. I feel like it's misleading in the description it would be much more i was very disappointed when receiving this product. I feel like it's misleading in the description it would have been nice to have a heads up on the fact that the battery does not come with it and then also a suggestion on what you could buy separately for the product to work. We ordered this so that my son could get back-and-forth to work. we waited a week for the shipping, which set him back up a few days that wasn't the problem though. Again the problem was that when we did receive it, we then had to research the best battery to use and then order it and now wait for it to be shipped also very inconvenient very misleading. I will come back on here and let everyone know how the product actually works once we get it in working condition!

this product has no installation instructions, cant find any on YouTube and no one has responded to my previous questions about obtaining some, I'm contacting the finance company to file a complaint and refuse to pay for it

the bolts are crap on the rear gear,all nine stripped because they have to compress the gear to clear the break on a single speed bike. I'm homeless no money to fix it out 94.00
