The UrLife Electric Bike has exceeded my expectations in both performance and comfort. The step-through design makes it very easy to get on and off, which is perfect for commuting and casual rides. The 48V removable battery provides impressive range, and I can comfortably get multiple rides before needing a recharge. The motor has plenty of power for hills while still riding smoothly and quietly. The front suspension does a great job absorbing bumps, making rides feel stable and comfortable even on rough roads. I also appreciate the solid build quality and thoughtful details that make it feel reliable and well-designed. Overall, this is a fantastic electric bike with great power, range, and comfort—an excellent value for anyone looking for a dependable commuter or cruiser e-bike.

The price is good for this bike. One problem I see is that the front wheel hit your feet when you make a turn. Maybe the bike is too short or the fork and the front wheel are too close to the frame.

The build quality of this product is excellent. I bought it for my wife, and she really likes it. I haven’t tested it on a long drive yet, but I’ll share my experience once I do. For now, I’m very happy with the product and its quality.

This bike is great for a beginner and someone that’s just looking at cruise around.

This is a very nice and sturdy bike. It is also very price friendly. This implies that it does not have all the features a several thousand dollar bike has. On the positive side: * Assembly was fairly easy. * The bike is easy to ride, * I had asked customer service a question and the answer came immediately. The opportunities: * the saddle moves left and right. The down sliding was fixed by using a plyer to pre-tighten the bolt before using the lever for the final tightening. * The bike support has only 3 speeds: around 10,15,20mph. That is to say, the electric support is not as gradual as I had expected. * the power support requires about 1/2 pedal turn to kick in. That means, if you are on level 3 and in 7th gear, then stop at a light, it is hard to get going. You have to get a lower gear and also a lower power setting. Going down hill in 7th gear does not get you much over the 20mph of the support because the highest gear ratio still is too low for speeds above maybe 25mph - you have to pedal really fast. * For a Motorcycle rider, the front break should be on the right side and I switched left and right break connections.

the bikes is lovely one is a replacement for one that was stolen. However my complaint is the assembler left something unassembed and i can't assemble it

You get what you pay for, these E bikes are entry level so they are good for just starting, the seat post clamps are below par, and the screws strip if you attempt to tighten them

The bike delivered to me is not a road worthy. The bike basically felt like it was falling apart. The steering was rickety. The front wheel was wobbly and made gritty grinding noises. The front wheel did not rotate smoothly. After taking it to a bike shop to ask why they discovered there was no grease in the bearings and there were only 18. 10 on one side and 8 on the other. The seat tilted back every time I rode and could not be tigtened bc the clamp knurls had been worn smooth. The headlight did not work at first. The front forks have very little to rest on and the factory skewer had plastic components that could not hold the quick release securely and broke when tightened. I had to replace the skewer.

I have had issues with the quality of the bike since day one. I have had it for 1 month and I can no longer use the bike. The pedal shaft is stripped and the pedal is loose and not safe to ride. I almost had an accident from the pedal I have reached out to the manufacturer wich can only be reached by email. I have not received a resolution.
