This is a very nice and sturdy bike. It is also very price friendly. This implies that it does not have all the features a several thousand dollar bike has.
On the positive side:
* Assembly was fairly easy.
* The bike is easy to ride,
* I had asked customer service a question and the answer came immediately.
The opportunities:
* the saddle moves left and right. The down sliding was fixed by using a plyer to pre-tighten the bolt before using the lever for the final tightening.
* The bike support has only 3 speeds: around 10,15,20mph. That is to say, the electric support is not as gradual as I had expected.
* the power support requires about 1/2 pedal turn to kick in. That means, if you are on level 3 and in 7th gear, then stop at a light, it is hard to get going. You have to get a lower gear and also a lower power setting. Going down hill in 7th gear does not get you much over the 20mph of the support because the highest gear ratio still is too low for speeds above maybe 25mph - you have to pedal really fast.
* For a Motorcycle rider, the front break should be on the right side and I switched left and right break connections.
