Great ebike, I really liked it after trying it

It's a nice bike. Can get speeds up to 25mph which is really good for a bicycle. Easy to put together although a YouTube video would help in today's society.
Bike works great, about 25 mph and battery lasts a long time. Acceleraror cable snapped after 3 months. Going to find out how the wareanty program is now. Everything else about the bike is excellent .
bike has issues with petal assist ,brakes didn't work after a week and local bike shop laughed when we tried to have it serviced, no parts available.
This bike was a challenge to put together, then once assembled, it has not been able to maintain a charge during use, even if mostly pedaling. Once the battery died, I had to fully turn it off to be able to use the pedals at all, otherwise they locked up.
The bike came all scratched and bent
do not buy from this seller. Walmart was no help. confusing details. says distance of 45 miles. I took it out 1st time and it went 16 miles and battery died. wanted to return it. said it would cost me over $100 shipping to return. Walmart says free returns. LIE. suddenly they say they have nothing to do with returns. Walmart sucks. I recommend Amazon. better customer service. this is last item I will ever buy from Walmart. they don't even send you a shipping label. you have to do everything yourself. Walmart should be ashamed. no wonder it's sales are falling compared to Amazon. shame on you Walmart.
Showed up late and damaged (in great condition box, so prior to shipping), rode for 2 miles and shifter broke making for a horribly ride back. Build quality is horrible as to be expected for the money but the over two week shipping is annoying. Also Walmart doesnt stand behind it at all so have to email the sellers. Will update review if and when the respond and make the situation right.
Parts are faulty. Not too hard to but together but broke down after second ride. Had to have part sent in to fix it.
