Had this bike for almost 3 weeks, it has been the most fun ive had on a bike. Highly reccomend if you're interested in ebikes but dont wanna break the bank. I've got almost 300 miles on it and can say I have not been disappointed at all!

My niece love it, has had it since march-recently wrecked the derailleur. I purchase Allstate protection plan- (it’s a hassle). took the bike to the local bike shop instead. I purchased another for my nephew last night and Will arrive next week. After reading all this negative reviews will see!

Great bike. long battery life nice siz

on flat level ground, the battery gets approximately 27 miles on a completely charged battery. the top speed on the speedometer says 31.3, but when I use a GPS app the top speed is 26 mph. I originally got it just for transportation to the pharmacy and back so I didn't have to ask somebody for a ride every other day, but I found it so fun that I am now writing it for exercise as well I am disabled with three artificial discs in my lower back and the ride is comfortable enough for me to take an hour ride. the seat though is lacking in a little padding. your bum will be hurting LOL assembly was easy, it actually feels better in the grass than on the road somehow. it's got enough to work to carry my 230 lb body up a hill in West virginia, so that should tell you something

This bike was better than what I expected! The speed it goes up to is impressive the only downside im having is durability of my tires, they puncture with the smallest things.

Great bike I bought this bike to get to school and overall just ride it for fun it goes 30 with me on it I’m about 150 lbs and 31 with no weight on it but my only complaint is that the charger came faulty so I could only ride it until it died and then I haven’t figured out what to do I might just have to get a replacement or buy a whole new charger it’s a great bike I got 15 miles out of it

Box showed up with boot marks and tire tracks on it along with punctures in the sides despite a "This End Up" marking on the box. Out of the box the frame was bent right at the derailer making the entire bike useless. Since it was a bend, instead of boxing the whole thing up again took to bike shop and for an extra 200.00 the set it to working condition. Aside from that the bike is what you ordered. It's nice and works good. Not a bad price and is a good ride. Everything works as expected and is pretty fun. Haven't had it long enough to comment on length of usefulness.

The motor on the display shows code E07 which means there could be a bad motor and stopped working. Emailed ridstar and that’s only from China and they tell me to fix it myself when I just. Ought the bike clearly within the warranty. Never seen it before where if I ever get the part I need to install and repair it myself . Remember the bike was purchased recently still well within parts and labor warranty. Be very careful buying these cheap brands as you will be stuck with a frame only and can just have it for a collection and display in a very short time.
