This grass trimmer exceeded my expectations. Assembly was straightforward, and it started working right away. Although the price is a little high, the convenience, battery life, and strong performance make it a worthwhile purchase

This weed trimmer is lightweight, easy to assemble, and works better than I expected. The two batteries are a huge plus, giving me enough time to finish my yard without stopping. It cuts grass and weeds cleanly, and the extra blades are a nice bonus. Great value for the price!

No more strings! The blade makes life so much easier. Light weight and long battery life. Love the charging base and extra battery. Light turn green when fully charged, which doesn't take long at all. Gloves and safety glasses are great essential item for the job. Easy to operate!

This weed eater came with all the needed parts. I also like how it came with spare batteries, which I can confirm i will have enough power to finish my yard work. I like this type of all in one packages which save my time from shopping and spare parts The unit it self run smooth and strong, it able to cut all the edge and the long weed without any issue

This product was working great until I had to put more string in for the weedeater. For a normal person this is very hard to do. To go to the part that you have to put the weedeater string in. You have to take off two parts and then a nut and a bolt, which was almost impossible to get off.I still can't get it off. This is not something for someone.

It's nice that it is lighter weight and gives you 2 of the rechargeable batteries, each of the blades and some other attachments. Problem is one cutting attachment was completely used in less than 30 minutes of use. It was the braided wire covered in plastic coating, similar to certain clotheslines.

The device seems to be okay overall. The problem is the trimmer line which is actually what you buy the device to do has several issues. The trimmer line is too short to be very effective. You cannot adjust the length of the line. You cannot replace the line. You can't buy replacement parts. There is no phone number or email to contact for assistance and locating parts are having some shipped. I was only able to use it for two short 20 minutes sessions of trimming. One line came out of the line holder completely The second one frayed out and even got shorter. They' is no parts list or number to contact like I said previously to order parts even if I would be willing to pay for them. It i9s like a ghost company.

Very poor quality. I had this for a day. The Blade flew off into oblivion, and very possibly could have cut my daughter. They need to set up a different way to keep the blade on so that it is truly secure. Also the blade keeps spinning after letting go of the trigger.

This machine works OK, but there are no part numbers. No identifying marks on it and no way to look up anything so therefore I would give it a zero it shows the parts it just doesn't have anything any identifiers no part numbers even if I was to ride in the part numbers. I'd have to know what the machine is called.
