Works really well and is easy to use. The design makes it much easier to see what you’re doing while cleaning your ears, and the different replacement tips are a nice bonus. It feels sturdy, works as expected, and is much better than using cotton swabs. Definitely recommend!

It works! I had a huge chunk of ear wax come out. Gross, I know,but that is the point. The only draw back I can say is I had to refill it a few times while using. But that is not a very big deal. It is easy to do. I highly recommend.

Be very careful using make sure that warm water is used and use the lowest setting possible first and quit using that any sign of pain or discomfort

My husband probably uses it to often. He's a waxy man. He used to use bobby pins to dig the wax out. I feel safer with him using this.

Unit works as advertised - I like the 3 pressure levels. You still have to dissolve the wax in your ears to remove it, but the unit does a good job at what it was designed for. Arrived on time when promised with no damage.

This product is designed to be used with ear wax softener kit (separate) and takes the place of the old water squish bulb. This works much better and cleanses deep into the ear canal. Good product.

It's at best ok definitely NOT great and overpriced in my opinion. I like that it's waterproof - I use it in the shower. It's not as comfortable to use as they say it is on the t.v add - It's kinda loud so it kinda hurts the ear it definitely plugs them up with water to the point I've become dizzy.. Overall it's ok to use once in awhile however it's definitely NOT great..

hurt my ears. i couldnt hear for 2 days at all out of the right ear. i used it according to the directions. I donot recomend this. i will be returning it.
