i managed to wrap it around my ankles I have swollen feet and ankles the heat is good the vibrations ok....the user manual did not show good directions of how to operate massager.....over-all i give it 4 stars.....good for the price

Tho, the concept may be ok, the quality of effectiveness is subpar. It is very difficult to use the controller while you're wearing these as well as I could barely feel the "Massage" %26 didn't feel the heat at all. As much as I hoped these would benefit my tired achy feet, it just didn't work for me. will be returning.
It is not the item pictured . Hole for your foot is way too small. the only way to use it is to cut it open. The heat is too low and the massage is a joke
