purchased for a 98 year old client of mine to ease arthritis troubles. lightweight enough she can lift it, controls are easy to operate even with very little strength in her hands and it's machine washable!!

i wish you could have a stay on option. I used it to skeep a few noghts and it wouos wake me up at nights several times to turn on again. i know its just a safety feature...just my only issue.

I got it because I really needed a heating pad and the price was $9.99. I know people say you get what you paid for but I believe this is a fair price. Long story short - it crapped out after less than 5 uses. Im hoping (trying to be optimistic) it was defective and would rather exchange it in hopes that's the issue. But I also know that things made these days are NOT built to last unlike 30 or 40 yrs ago and paying anymore more for this and most other items is moronic

This heating pad worked wonderfully for about a week. Then it stopped powering on. It no longer world. Disappointing. Searching for a better replacement.

Another trash product WalMart allows to be sold on their site. Bought thi8s in November 2022 didnt even turn it on until January and its already not turning on. I bought another heating pad (different style) from this same company at the same time. The other one stopped working within a month. Be careful not buying products directly from Walmart. They allow too many sketchy companies to sell thru their site.

I bought this pad in July 2022 it arrived I threw it in the closet for future use , never opened the box. Never tested it out my fault. Fast forward to today Nov 5 2022 it doesn't work brand new right out of the box, it doesn't get warm my goodness. Make sure you test product upon arrival, my loss

Had it on 3 for 15 mins and barely got warm. Turned it to 5, and only the back got warm, not the shoulder area. Another heating pad I have to return. Why are these sellers folding these pads?! they are probably breaking the wires in the pads. roll never fold! Geesh. The wire in this pad are very thin and not much in the shoulder. i got this specifically for shoulder NOT back. cant work with no wires for 6 inches. ill have to turn to Amazon. grrr

This lasted about a week. I threw all packing away because I never had a problem before.. I was looking forward to this item because I thought it would really help with my back and headaches!?

Power cord stopped working a only a couple days after barely using it! Cheap Chinese product, scumbag Waltons can't afford some quality parts! Losers all around!

Received Jan 27, 2024. Stopped working Feb 26. Had a Sable before that lasted years. Must be a lemon. Disappointed.
