better and more reliable than a more expensive one that I bought {other one went farther on a charge and had brighter lighting (more lights) but when it comes to reliability this one is the better scooter. and if costs less. a great value and a win - win in my book. take it from someone without a car - this will get you there. although you'll want to be careful - stick to the sidewalk unless you're in a well known neighborhood and of give right of way to walkers. but it's great basic transportation with the wind hair.... yes it makes the commute fun.

Great entry level scooter! Carries my 200lbs up steel hills (20%-25%) and gets 10miles at full throttle consistently 16mph. Lack of shock absorbers and speed keep it at entry level and may cause you to upgrade like I did, but I still love this little scooter. I put 250 miles on this scooter without issue and intend to double that despite having a $900 offroad scooter next to it.

I am very unhappy with the delivery and communication with Walmart and this company. I had ordered two for my boys birthdays . The reason I ordered them was because they would be delivered on their birthday as a surprise . When their birthday came along there was no scooters. I was then told they were delayed 3 days!! Omg! So what do I tell twin boys on their birthday ? No scooters on their birthday? This was very upsetting and no one made it right . Walmart did not help or offer anything to help me out with two upset boys on their birthday! I will never order through Walmart again

well the kickstand already broke. the handle sleeves keeping sliding off. the computer is also locking up when i hit the brakes and i have to reset the scooter to get it back to normal. the bolts to the handle bars/top half keep falling out. i replaced 4 times already. it does get me to and from work and activities. i am very active. i just wish it was a bit more durable. tires are pretty tough. battery dies after 2-3 days. i may use about 10 milea a day. its FAST ENOUGH, there are way to many accidents. 16 mph for a 180 lb women is fast enough. i flipped it 1 time and will never let it happen again.

I've had a lot of electric scooters in my time. This one might be the worst. It's top speed is 15mph which is only suitable for young teens and kids. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO USE THIS FOR YOUR DAILY COMMUTE. You should save at least another couple hundred dollars and get one with a $450 price tag or higher.

Buyer beware when dealing with third-party sellers and Walmart. I never.received the scooter…product.shipped to the wrong address… entered, correct mailing address system reverted back to an old previous address… Attempted on numerous occasions to contact customer service from third-party seller …to resolve the issue…. Walmart decline to intervene.. choosing the seller over… Customer. Walmart. would not. reimburse money.

i need to replace this scooter. the battery seem okay but when my grandson ride it it take him like 3 feet away and quit on him.. thats fron the first day we got it but just got th time time look over it.. so i need to return it for a scooter that works

It didn’t last long at all something happened and now it won’t turn on i don’t know if it the battery but i got it opened the box charged it for 6 hrs and rode it for maybe 1 1/2- 2 hrs and but it back on the charger then rode it again for like 30-40 mins and it just turn off and hadn’t turn on since

Beware! If you purchase, be sure to avoid using a third party. This manufacturer only honors a 2 year manufacturer warranty for scooters purchased through their website. We purchased for my daughter last year for Christmas. It stopped working properly in August and we have been given the run around. Nowhere will troubleshoot or repair and the only way to contact is through website. Responses are impersonal. Waste of money. If you dare to purchase from a third party, pay for the warranty through that party if you don’t want to be out of your money in less than a year. Very disappointed with the way this has been handled thus far.

It didn’t even last a month, it wouldn’t turn on and upon opening the bottom where the battery is everything is held together by wax. What happens when it’s hot out? Wax melts. My daughter is devastated, it drove 9/10, speed was 8.5/10. No problems with acceleration nor handlebars. The problem is wax and cheap looking parts underneath were coming undone due to the wax. YouTube showed us how to put it all back together with wax but I’m not comfortable doing that.
