i really like it charges good, rides good, has 3 speed modes for convenience ive and i love the color, i will say if you are heavier like 180 (weight limit being 250 if i remember correct) it will go slower, slightly however it still gets ya where you need to go, i had problems with a different scooter where the tires kept goint flat no matter what i did, so id returned that for this one i was skeptical but it hasn't let me down yet!!

We got this scooter for our sons bday and so far it's Actually really good and the battery life line are amazing .

My daughter uses it to ride to her classes in campus after her car stopped working. The speed is nice, the light, signal and all the things that it has are nice but we really like the app feature.

Very smoove and easy to handle. My son loves it.

More Billy compared to others on the market. The way the handle bar assembles makes it easy for the screws to come loose. Done lost 2 of the bolts and have only had it for a couple weeks. Battery doesn't last as long as others this same size on the market

this scooter is not worth the money. The battery only last about 10-15 minutes. Also the charging port on the scooter fell out of the case.

So I bought two of the same items one for my son one for my daughter one of these came damaged and it arrived extremely late I wasn't happy that on top of this arriving late it came defective from the manufacturer it dies very quick and the crutches on the actual item is not ok as I paid for a new item not a used item or I would not have bought this I may be returning this so that they can replace it with a new one instead since the battery dies to fast not charging properly this is a problem I've had to go pick up my daughter a few times when she's done out on a test ride….

I got this scooter for my son to get back nd forth to school. He haven't been able to ride it in weeks now because of the tire and I've reached out to the company about it already 5 or 6x and no response back. No kinda communication from them at all and it's making me angry cus now I've wasted money on something I cannot even used and no one have got back with me concerning this matter almost a month. My son literally rode it 3times and now it's just sitting cus he can't ride it at all. This company/communications sucks
